Business Tools | Friday January 19 eAutoclaims Appoints Jeffrey Dickson CEO and PresidenteAutoclaims, a provider of managed collision repair services and insurance claims processing technology applications, has announced that Jeffrey Dickson has been elected by the Board of Directors of the company to replace Eric Seidel as President and CEO, after Seidel informed the Board of his intent not to renew his contract to pursue other interests.Seidel has been appointed to serve as the Company's Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. W. Austin Lewis, IV has been elected as the Company's new Chairman of the Board replacing Dickson. Dickson was one of the original founders of eAutoclaims and has served as Director and Chairman of EACC's Board of Directors since June 2000. From May 1997 through November 1999, Dickson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of First American AMO. Previously, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Salex Corporation. Dickson has also served as an Executive Vice President of the American Bankers Insurance Group and President of Interloc Corp. Lewis, Founder of the Lewis Opportunity Fund, joined the company's Board of Director's in May 2006. Jeffery Dickson commented, "I look forward to taking the helm at eAutoclaims and delivering quality growth with a return to profitability going forward.
