CARSTAR Appoints Jason Clark Director of Insurance Relations

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Clark will manage the Western Region, focusing on creating new insurance partner relationships in AZ, OR, WA, CO, UT, NV, MT and ID.

Clark has over fifteen years of experience in physical damage claims management within the automotive insurance industry, in the areas of relationship development, team building, and direct management of a large multi-state managed repair program.

“We are pleased to have Jason join the Insurance Department at CARSTAR. Jason brings to CARSTAR a strong history of relationship building between the insurance and repair industries. He possesses a strong proficiency and understanding of estimating software products and related information technology.” said Dan Young, CARSTAR Senior Vice President of Insurance.

Prior to his appointment to the CARSTAR Insurance Department, Clark was responsible for the Appraisal Department for an eight-state region with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where his responsibilities included managing the appraisal functions in this region as well as oversight of the region’s Direct Repair Program. In addition, he was responsible for all facets of the Physical Damage Department while employed with Shelter Insurance Company.
