United Estimatics Announces New Claims Management Solution

United Estimatics has released its latest product, Estimatics Claims Management Solution (ECMS). This feature will work in conjunction with Estimatics Independent Appraisal Network (EIAN), and allow the use of a dispatcher in the claims assignment work flow.

United Estimatics has also revised its total loss processing to simplify the process for both adjusters and appraisers. According to United Estimatics CEO James Michaud, no long training sessions are needed. All training for adjusters can be completed in 11.5 minutes by telephone.

First quarter results showed a savings of over $1,115,000 for United Estimatics clients, with an average cycle time of 28 minutes. United Estimatics' goal is over $3 million savings in 2007.
