In addition to a $100,000 contribution, the insurer is providing hundreds of hours in time donated by employee volunteers.“Our investment in skilled trades, such as auto collision repair and home construction benefits our customers every day,” said Warren Farrar, Assistant Vice President-Claims. “We spend billions of dollars for repairs to our policyholders’ cars and homes every year. Therefore, our investment to help develop skilled technicians to complete these repairs is time and money very well spent.” State Farm supports ongoing SkillsUSA educational programs as well as the organization’s national competition.
