Paint maker Sherwin-Williams Co. plans to acquire Spokane, Washington-based Columbia Paint & Coatings Co. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.Columbia Paint & Coatings manufactures and distributes paints and coatings in the western and northwestern regions of the United States.
