Business Tools | Thursday September 20 Mitchell International Announces Leadership Succession PlanMitchell International's Board of Directors has unanimously approved a succession plan intended to ensure strong leadership at Mitchell in the years to come. Effective January 1, 2008, Alex Sun, President of Mitchell, will become President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of Mitchell’s Board of Directors. Alex Sun joined Mitchell in 2001 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and assumed the title of President in early 2005. James Lindner, who has been Mitchell’s Chief Executive Officer since 1997, will become Executive Chairman of the Board."I want to thank the Board of Directors for their support and confidence in our leadership team, strategy and vision for Mitchell’s successful future," stated Alex Sun.
