Jacques de Ladonchamps Joins Solera Holdings as Vice President OEM and Industry Relations

Solera Holdings, Inc., a global provider of software and services for the automobile insurance claims processing industry, has appointed Jacques de Ladonchamps as vice president, OEM and Industry Relations for its Audatex EMEA-RIA subsidiary. In this newly created position de Ladonchamps will manage Audatex's relationships with automotive manufacturers.

His primary responsibilities will include utilizing Solera's collision data to deliver innovative data products that aid manufacturers in areas such as vehicle design and development and parts distribution.

De Ladonchamps, who will be based in Solera's Zurich office, brings more than 30 years of automotive industry experience to his new role. He joins Solera from Visteon Corporation, where he was a general manager responsible for the aftermarket replacement parts and accessory business and for growing the supplier's service parts division. In this role, he managed aftermarket distribution in over 30 countries throughout Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, and China. His previous experience includes various senior management posts at Audi AG, BMW AG, Jaguar Deutschland GmbH and ZF Friedrichshafen AG.

"We are pleased to have Jacques join our team," said Tony Aquila, founder, chairman and CEO of Solera Holdings, Inc. "By coupling Jacques' expertise, wealth of industry knowledge, and worldwide contacts with Solera's global collision data, we can offer automotive manufacturers something no one else is in a position to match - the ability to develop and deliver meaningful data from around the world that can be used to evaluate vehicle design specifications and to build more effective product offerings."

de Ladonchamps added, "I am looking forward to using my industry expertise to help automotive manufacturers be more effective with their new model releases. Audatex already offers technology and data that is unparalleled in the industry, and by leveraging this data for our automobile manufacturing partners, we can provide valuable insight into the development process and ultimate marketability of new model releases."

Solera has operations in 49 countries across five continents. The Solera companies include Audatex in the United States, Canada, and in more than 35 additional countries, Informex in Belgium, Sidexa in France, ABZ in The Netherlands, Hollander serving the North American recycling market, and IMS providing medical review services.
