Audatex Releases Industry Trends Publication for Vehicle Insurers and Collision Repairers

The publication, Audatex Directions, provides vehicle insurers and collision repairers with in-depth trends and analysis on the auto physical damage market as well as global best-practice processes that can be implemented locally, in both the U.S. and Canada.Audatex Directions is available for download from the company’s website, www.audatex.us/audatexdirections. It is also being delivered to Audatex customers electronically. The first issue highlights Allianz Insurance plc, a leading U.K. insurance carrier, and its unique approach to managing a Direct Repair Program (DRP), one that possibly can be implemented in the U.S. and Canada. It also features collision repair and total loss trends data from North America, regulatory news, repairer information, and industry updates.
