DuPont Announces Leadership Appointments
DuPont has announced the following leadership appointments: Jeffrey A. Coe, vice president - DuPont Sourcing & Logistics and Chief Procurement Officer, is named senior vice president - DuPont Sourcing & Logistics and Chief Procurement Officer.Hinton J. Lucas, associate general counsel and chief administration counsel, is named vice president and assistant general counsel, DuPont Legal. He will retain his current responsibilities in DuPont Legal and will serve as DuPont's representative with key organizations and groups in the company's headquarters community, in Delaware and nationally. The appointment is effective July 1.
P. Michael Walker, associate general counsel and chief intellectual property counsel, is named vice president and assistant general counsel, DuPont Legal. He will retain responsibility for the company's intellectual property protection and enforcement activities worldwide, and will add other responsibilities. The appointment is effective July 1.
