VeriFacts Adds to Mentors at Work Estimator Task List and Offers Spanish Version
Verifacts has added 90 estimating skills and competencies to the company's Mentors at Work system's online task list, which can be used to help train new estimators.The estimating tasks are divided into seven sub-categories:
- Damage Analysis (15 tasks)
- Estimating (28)
- Legal and Environmental Practices (3)
- Vehicle Construction (8)
- Vehicle Systems Knowledge (7)
- Parts ID and Source Determination (16)
- Customer Relations and Sales Skills (13)
A second enhancement is the translation of the body and paint task lists into Spanish. Shops with Spanish-speaking staff can now utilize the Mentors at Work system for training new technicians and painters who primarily speak Spanish. There are a total of 343 skills and competencies on the technician and painting task list.
