January 6AASP-MN Annual Meeting and Convention Announced
The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota (AASP-MN) has scheduled its annual meeting and convention for February 27 and 28,2009, in St. Paul, Minnesota. The line-up includes programs for mechanical and collision repair shop owners, managers, and technicians, as well as industry suppliers.
Friday’s schedule includes:
- Lip Service: First Class Telephone Skills, presented by Margie Seyfer of Impact Presentations
- Outsell, Upsell and Close, presented by Mike Anderson of Wagonwork Collision Centers
