Fix Auto USA Launches Revised Business Model and Adds 37 Franchise Locations

Fix Auto USA has announced the addition of 37 franchise locations. The announcement represents a revised business model which will provide owner-operated collision repair facilities a platform to achieve success in today’s changing market. The new model, which was developed and refined over the last 13 years, adds a franchise option to network membership, promoting a concentrated, multi-location collision repair organization committed to providing consistent results and superior customer service. The franchise shops are currently operating in three states: California, Colorado, and Oregon.

“Our insurance customers today require consistency, transparency, efficiency and concentrated scale in the markets we serve,” explained Fix Auto President and COO, Paul Gange. “Our new model delivers on all four requirements with best-in-class collision repair facilities while maintaining the owner’s active, on-site participation.”

Fix Auto USA founder and CEO, Erick Bickett, added, “Our customers are demanding excellence in service and quality and expect consistency across our network. The franchise model demands a level of commitment from our franchisees that will allow us to deliver on these expectations at every location. We already have some of the ‘best of the best.’ By aligning each of these great operators and producing consistency throughout our operating system, our enterprise is capable of delivering a level of performance which will return meaningful results for our insurance customers and a superior experience for the vehicle owners"

Fix Auto is an international network of performance-based collision repair facilities. Based in Anaheim Hills, California. Fix Auto USA includes over 171 network locations throughout the United States, including 37 franchised locations, making it one of North America’s largest networks of independent collision repair centers.
