Over $90,000 in Scholarships and Grants Available through Collision Repair Education Foundation

Collision students across the United States are encouraged to apply for the over $90,000 in available scholarships and grants made possible through the Collision Repair Education Foundation and its supporters. These spring 2011 opportunities are open to collision students attending career and technical schools and colleges and include:
  • Collision Repair Education Foundation Scholarship
  • The Lon Baudoux Legacy Scholarship
  • Collision Repair Education Foundation Board of Trustees Scholarship
  • AkzoNobel’s The Most Influential Women of the Collision Repair Industry Scholarship
  • CCC Michael Salvatore Memorial Student Repair Technician Scholarship
  • GEICO Scholarship and Tool Grant
  • ABRA Auto Body & Glass Tool Grant
  • Craftsman Student Tool Grant

“Thanks to the hundreds of donors that fund our scholarship programs, the Education Foundation is offering more funding and scholarship opportunities than ever before,” said Scott Kruger, Collision Repair Education Foundation, Executive Director. “We are all proud and pleased to reward students’ hard work and dedication to training for a career in the collision industry.”

The scholarship application is available to download online at the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s web site at www.CollisionEducationFoundation.org. All applications must be postmarked by March 4, 2011 to be eligible. Winners will be chosen in April 2011 and notified by mail and phone.
