Our feature article this month discusses key points of interest to collision repair shop owners, insurers, and parts recyclers that were raised at the recently held “Recycled Parts Roundtable.” The dialogue laid out some practical suggestions for improvement in the sometimes uneasy relationship between recyclers and repairers. Consider the suggestions seriously, and then talk about what you think the best ideas are with a recycler in your area.

Read about Mitchell International’s latest edition of its Industry Trends Report on page 17.

For readers looking for INSIGHT’s usual February feature, “Who Pays for What?” - don’t worry. The feature and charts will appear in the March issue. We really need more responses. Perhaps the boost in business due to bad weather just about everywhere prevented many of you from completing the form. Please complete and return the 2011 Who Pays for What? survey today. If you need a survey form, find INSIGHT’s contact information below. Thank you all for your prompt responses.
